Rent-cut radar for letting agents and landlords
For Letting agents and build-to-rent operators. Use High Potential Seller Leads with operation=rent around a point to list rentals with repeated rent reductions before setting your own rent.
Why watch rent cuts nearby?
A landlord or build-to-rent operator pricing a unit wants to know whether competing rentals within a few streets are holding or lowering their rent; a cluster of repeated reductions suggests rents at those levels are not attracting tenants. Checking portals by hand shows the same unit several times and hides its history.
