Weekly newly-motivated homes alert for an office

For Agents and brokerage network operators. Run High Potential Seller Leads weekly with since set to the last run, diff lead ids and push newly reduced homes to each office's CRM.

#Why is old price history noise?

A home reduced two years ago and stable since is not this week's prospect; the office wants homes whose cuts happened recently. Without a date window every run returns the same long list and nobody acts on it.

#How does it work step by step?

1. Schedule. Once a week, for each office point, call GET /v1/seller-leads with lat, lon, radius_m=300 and since set to the date of the previous run; keep the defaults (min_price_cuts 1, min_price_cut_pct 5) or raise them.
2. Diff. Compare the returned lead_… ids and price_cuts values with the previous run; new ids and higher counts or percentages are the week's news.
3. Enrich. GET /v1/seller-leads/{lead_id} for the property and its dated history; GET /v1/property-sourcing/properties/{property_id}?expand=listings for the agencies advertising it.
4. Deliver. Write the new leads to the office's CRM keyed by property_id, so the same home is never created twice.

#What do you get?

A short, dated list of homes near each office whose price was cut in the window, each with price_cuts_since, the cut count and percentage, and the property_id of its full property record. Keys are platform API keys from the console (Platform API keys), and guards apply per plan.

#What are the limits?

A page of leads costs 100 units per point per run; pay as you go and Agent allow 50 distinct places a day and 20 requests a minute, Free 10 places and 10 requests. Seller Leads covers Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Greece and Andorra. No owner contact details are returned, and outreach must follow local law (see the FAQ).
