Support
Write to platform@casafari.com for help with the Casafari API and MCP Platform: every product's MCP server and REST API, your account, tokens, plans and invoices.
What to put in a report
- The request id. Every answer of the platform carries one: the
Casafari-Request-Idheader (alsoX-Request-Id) of a REST response,request_idin an error body, andrequest_idin the text of an MCP tool error. One id lets Casafari find the call in seconds. - What you called: the MCP tool (for example
comparables_get-comparables) or the REST operation (method and path), and the arguments you sent. - When, with the time zone.
- What you expected and what came back: the status code or the error's
code, and the part of the answer that looks wrong. - Your client: Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or your own code, and the email address of your platform account.
Never put an API key, an access token or a password in a report. If a key was exposed, revoke it in the console and create a new one.
Security
To report a vulnerability, write to platform@casafari.com with Security in the subject. Describe the issue and how to reproduce it; do not access other accounts' data or degrade the service while testing. How the MCP servers are secured: MCP security.
AgencyGraph: corrections
An agency that finds its AgencyGraph figures or its name wrong can ask for a correction: write to support@casafari.com with the agency's name and website; we answer within 10 working days. How the figures are made: the method note.
Before you write
- FAQ: access, tokens, plans and limits.
- Limits and usage windows and Pricing.
- Connect an MCP client and MCP authorization for sign-in problems.
