Everything Comparables returns, plus registered closing prices: the notary deals of Spain (`transactional_data`) and France's open register (`dvf_results`) next to the comparable properties and the estimated prices. The same input as Comparables.

Comparables with Transactions values one property like Comparables and adds registered closing prices: what homes nearby actually sold for, in Spain (notary deeds) and France (the public register of property sales). Use Comparables when asking prices are enough. The search radius is in kilometres here (Area Insights uses metres). account_status is free and shows remaining tokens and a payment link when tokens run out.
