What does Market share in a town do?

Each agency's share of the properties on the market in one town, and of the town's new and delisted homes in the latest complete quarter and the quarter before, largest share first. A home two agencies advertise counts for each, so shares can add up to more than 1. Pages of up to 25 agencies.
