What does Get Comparables with Transactions do?

Values one property and finds comparable properties around it, plus registered closing prices of nearby sales. Give the target in location_boundary.circle.target_point as a street address, coordinates or, in Spain only, a cadastral reference, plus comparables_types, its size (total_area or plot_area, in square metres) and operation (sale or rent). It returns estimated_prices (fast-sell, fair and out-of-market price), the comparable properties with area statistics and, next to them, transactional_data (Spain's notary deals: price, price per square metre, sale date, size, distance) and dvf_results (France's open register of property sales). Closing prices are for Spain and France. The circle radius, distance, is in kilometres (0.05 to 50, default 5), not metres. bedrooms is a similarity target, not a filter, so results can have other bedroom counts.
