# Support

## What to put in a report

- **The request id.** Every answer of the platform carries one: the `Casafari-Request-Id` header (also `X-Request-Id`) of a REST response, `request_id` in an error body, and `request_id` in the text of an MCP tool error. One id lets Casafari find the call in seconds.
- **What you called:** the MCP tool (for example `comparables_get-comparables`) or the REST operation (method and path), and the arguments you sent.
- **When**, with the time zone.
- **What you expected and what came back:** the status code or the error's `code`, and the part of the answer that looks wrong.
- **Your client:** Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or your own code, and the email address of your platform account.

Never put an API key, an access token or a password in a report. If a key was exposed, revoke it in the console and create a new one.

## Security

To report a vulnerability, write to [platform@casafari.com](mailto:platform@casafari.com) with **Security** in the subject. Describe the issue and how to reproduce it; do not access other accounts' data or degrade the service while testing. How the MCP servers are secured: [MCP security](/docs/security).

## AgencyGraph: corrections

An agency that finds its AgencyGraph figures or its name wrong can ask for a correction: write to [support@casafari.com](mailto:support@casafari.com) with the agency's name and website; we answer within 10 working days. How the figures are made: the [method note](/docs/agencygraph#method).
