Description
Costs 5 tokens a call. cadastral_ref is a Catastro reference such as 9872023DF2897S (14 or 20 characters), or Bizkaia's form 48.085.1022.07019 (the dots are optional). When the parcel's zone is not known, rules is null and candidate_rules says what each possible zone of the municipality would allow: possibilities, not the answer. A figure the sources do not give is null, never 0. sources[] names every dataset used with its licence; show that attribution. A parcel outside the coverage answers 404 not_found, not billed.
