Spanish cadastral records and zone reference values: find a property by cadastral reference, address or coordinates, read its registry record, and the reference value of its zone or of every zone in a municipality. Spain, except Navarra and the Basque Country.

How the service describes itself
The backend service's own initialize instructions, from its source:
Cadastre: the Spanish cadastre from Catastro's open data (not Navarra, Bizkaia or Gipuzkoa). Start with cadastre_find to turn a cadastral reference, an address or coordinates into ranked candidates; it never guesses, and an ambiguous query returns several. cadastre_get_property gives the registry record of one property (20-character reference) or a parcel (14 characters). cadastre_reference_value gives the value of the zone's reference home (label zone_reference_value), which is not the property's official valor de referencia. cadastre_area_values lists every zone of a municipality. For Italy, cadastre_zone_quotation gives the OMI quotation ranges (min/max euros per square metre for sale and rent, label omi_quotation_range) of the zone a point lies in: a range for the zone, not a home's value. Failures come back as {ok:false, reason:{code}} with not_found, not_covered, zone_pending or ambiguous. No owner data. account_status is free and shows remaining tokens and a payment link when tokens run out.
