The most complete property index in Europe: a deduplicated, cleaned property graph of residential and commercial property, for sale and for rent, in 16 countries. The most complete property index in Europe: a deduplicated, cleaned property graph.

How the graph is built

New Market Leads

Alert feeds that follow the property graph for a set of filters: new properties, price rises and cuts, reservations, delistings and sales. Create a feed, read its alerts, or have them delivered to your webhook. In maintenance.

In maintenance12 REST operations

In maintenance. Alerts is withdrawn from the self-serve platform while webhook delivery is rebuilt. Until it is back, it is offered under a contract (contact us); Casafari clients keep it under theirs. The operations and token prices below are what it will have when it returns.

Set your webhook first. On the platform, creating a feed before a webhook is set is refused with 409 "No webhook configured". A feed is created with feed_name and filters: filters.business_type is required, and private, bank, auction and alert_subtypes (new, price_increased, price_decreased, reserved, delisted, sold) narrow it and combine. POST /alerts-api/webhooks/rotate-secret rotates the secret that signs deliveries. When it returns on the platform, creating a feed costs 25 tokens and each alert delivered 1. The v1 operations under /api/v1/listing-alerts/ read alerts without a webhook.
