What does Get Comparables do?

Values one property and finds comparable properties around it. Give the target in location_boundary.circle.target_point as a street address, coordinates or, in Spain only, a cadastral reference, plus comparables_types, its size (total_area or plot_area, in square metres) and operation (sale or rent). It returns estimated_prices (fast-sell, fair and out-of-market price) and the comparable properties with area statistics. Asking prices only, with no registered or closing prices (Comparables with Transactions has those). The circle radius, distance, is in kilometres (0.05 to 50, default 5), not metres. bedrooms is a similarity target, not a filter, so results can have other bedroom counts.
