Comparable properties and estimated prices for a home: properties on the market or taken off it as sold or rented, with their asking prices only, matched around a point, an address or a cadastral reference.
1 operation on the platform's REST API, base https://platform.casafari.com/v1/comparables, with a platform API key from the console (platform API keys), billed in tokens (1 token = EUR 0.04).
