MCP server

https://platform.casafari.com/mcp/area-insights: Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 sign-in in the browser with a Casafari API and MCP Platform account, or a platform API key. Its tools are named area-insights_<tool>, and it also has account_status. Also on the one server for every product, https://platform.casafari.com/mcp. How the service describes itself

The backend service's own initialize instructions, from its source:

Area Insights: market statistics for places and segments (price and time-on-market distributions, time series, heatmaps). Three more tools give registered sale prices, what homes actually sold for, instead of asking prices (area-insights_get_sales_time_series, area-insights_get_sales_average_prices, area-insights_count_sales_by_type): Spain from notary deeds, France from DVF (the public register of property sales), Italy from registered sales recorded by Agenzia delle Entrate, Poland from RCN (Poland's official register of property prices) and Portugal as INE's official medians per municipality and quarter (a circle or polygon, no counts); every call names its country. Call locations_search first to turn a place name into a location id; it is free and on this server, so no other connector is needed. Circle radius is in metres on this server. account_status is free and shows remaining Casafari tokens and, when they run out, a link to top up.
