How the graph is built

Private Seller Leads

Homes offered by their owners, from newly published adverts: first seen in a place since a date (90 days back at most), newest first, with portal link, price, area and rounded coordinates. No contact details yet.

3 MCP tools3 REST operations

What it is. Homes offered by their owners, for sale or for rent by owner, found from new listing alerts. private-sellers_search lists those first seen in a place since a date, up to 90 days back, newest first. Each result has its id, the portal link and the portal's name, the date it was first seen, the operation (sale or rent), property type, price, area, bedrooms, bathrooms, location_id, coordinates rounded to three decimals and a title.

No contact details. A result never has a phone number, an email address or the owner's name, and none is added until the legal basis for them is confirmed.

Tokens and plans. private-sellers_search costs 10 tokens a page of up to 50 results, private-sellers_get_listing 1 token and private-sellers_coverage is free. It is in every self-serve plan, with the scope private-sellers:read. Where there is data is the live answer of private-sellers_coverage. Over REST it is at https://platform.casafari.com/v1/private-sellers: see Private Seller Leads REST API.

Not High Potential Seller Leads. High Potential Seller Leads finds homes likely to sell, from repeated price cuts on the deduplicated property graph. Private Seller Leads lists homes their owners offer themselves, from new listing alerts.

MCP server

https://platform.casafari.com/mcp/private-sellers: Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 sign-in in the browser with a Casafari API and MCP Platform account, or a platform API key. Its tools are named private-sellers_<tool>, and it also has account_status. Also on the one server for every product, https://platform.casafari.com/mcp. How to connect.

How the service describes itself

The backend service's own initialize instructions, from its source:

Private Seller Leads, built on new listing alerts: new listings of homes offered by their owners (for sale by owner, FSBO) across the covered countries, taken from portals. Contact details (phone, email, name) are not included. Turn a place name into a location_id with Location Lookup (locations_search) first. private-sellers_search lists the private-seller listings first seen in a place since a date (at most 90 days back), newest first; pass a page's next value as cursor for more. private-sellers_get_listing reads one listing by its psl_ id. private-sellers_coverage shows per country how many private-seller listings were first seen in the last 30 days. Prices are asking prices.
