Is the Agent plan the same as AgentGraph AI?

No: the Agent plan is a subscription on the Casafari self-serve platform, while AgentGraph AI is a product for finding real estate agencies and agents worth partnering with.

The Agent plan costs €70 a month (cancel any time) or €588 a year paid upfront, excluding VAT. Agent is a plan name: it does not refer to an AI agent, and it is not short for AgentGraph AI. See the plans.

AgentGraph AI screens agencies and agents, builds profiles, territory maps and partner briefs, and keeps watchlists; its tools' descriptions name Germany. On the self-serve platform it is an MCP server at https://platform.casafari.com/mcp/agentgraph. You do not need the Agent plan for it: Free, prepaid credits and the Agent plan all include AgentGraph AI.
