Why does AgentGraph AI need a verified business, and how does verification work?

AgentGraph AI holds personal contact data of real estate agents, so on the self-serve platform only a verified business may call its tools; no other product needs verification.

Verification works in one of two ways:

• With an EU VAT id: it is automatic. EU VIES confirms the number, and the registered name must match.
• Without one: Casafari staff review the application.

Until the business is verified, the AgentGraph AI tools are listed, but a call answers verification_required with a link to the verification page. The error type is described at https://platform.casafari.com/errors/verification_required.
