What is Property Sourcing, and can I search properties on the self-serve platform?

Property Sourcing is Casafari's REST product for searching properties; Casafari clients have it on the Casafari REST API, and on the self-serve platform it is coming soon, not available yet.

If you're a Casafari client: Property Sourcing stays on the Casafari REST API through your existing access, unchanged: search by structured filters, fetch a property and its price and status history by id, resolve a portal or agency ad id to its property, and create shareable smart links. If you're new to Casafari: not yet. Property Sourcing is coming soon on the self-serve platform as a REST product, with no MCP server (why not over MCP), and a different API from the clients' one. Its unit costs will be in units when it is available. Today, the closest self-serve options are comparables around a point (Comparables, over MCP and REST) and area statistics (Area Insights), with places looked up for free in Location Lookup.
