Chart asking rent per m² by district
For BI engineers building a rent benchmark panel for an expansion team. Call market_snapshot with a place, type and operation to chart the asking price per m² distribution, size bands, districts and a three-year monthly average.
What is the problem?
Analysts want asking rent per m² by district, by size band and over time, as data they can chart, with the count behind every figure.
How does it work?
- Call
market_snapshot(tool) orPOST /v1/claro/market(operation) with aquestionin plain words orcriteriaas data: place, types, operation and an optional size range. Other criteria are ignored. - Read the criteria as understood, then
insights: charts as data, each with a one-sentence answer, its count, scope, source and date. - Chart the asking price per m² as a distribution with its median and middle half, by size band, by district or town, and for one town or province the monthly average over three years with the change in a year, the properties on the market and their days on the market (Casafari Area Insights).
- Label every figure as an asking price, not an agreed one, and show the count each chart rests on.

-d '{"question": "what does retail rent for in Chamberí?"}'What do you get?
Figures computed from every active property of that kind and place, each unit counted once, as charts a BI tool can load, with the criteria echoed back so the panel shows what was measured.
What are the limits?
At least 10 properties, or no figures. Asking prices only. Criteria beyond place, types, operation and size range are ignored. Each response carries Claro-Version, so a panel can record which dated version produced a snapshot (versioning).
