# Competitor map

> **Casafari is the AI agent-native real estate data intelligence platform.** The most complete property index in Europe: a deduplicated, cleaned property graph of residential and commercial property, for sale and for rent, in 16 countries. Every property is one record with its full price and market history. [How the property graph is built](/docs/property-graph).

**Know who wins listings in my area, and where.**

You get: Map and table. It uses Location Lookup and AgencyGraph, takes 175 tokens a run (€7.00 at €0.04 a token) and runs monthly. For: Estate agency or network, Portal or classifieds.

**Status:** runs today.

## What it does

| # | Step | Product | Tokens |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | `locations_search` | Location Lookup | 0 |
| 2 | `agencygraph_market_share` | AgencyGraph | 50 |
| 3 | `agencygraph_territory` | AgencyGraph | 50 |
| 4 | `agencygraph_area_benchmark` | AgencyGraph | 75 |

One run: **175 tokens**, €7.00. Each call costs the same over MCP and REST, so the run always costs what the table says. [How many tokens your volume needs](/playbooks), and [plans and credits](/pricing).

## Where it runs

Spain and Portugal. Ask for another country and the plan names what is missing.

## Run in Claude

This playbook calls one Casafari MCP server. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client, and sign in the first time you use it (a Free account, no card, is created then; [console](https://platform.casafari.com/console/)).

- Location Lookup: `https://platform.casafari.com/mcp/locations`

In Claude Code:

```bash
claude mcp add --transport http casafari-locations https://platform.casafari.com/mcp/locations
```

AgencyGraph has no MCP server yet; its step is in the API calls below.

Then ask:

```text
Run the competitor map playbook for Spain every month: call locations_search, then agencygraph_market_share, then agencygraph_territory, then agencygraph_area_benchmark, in that order, and tell me what each step cost in tokens.
```

## Get the API calls

The same steps as REST calls, in order. Create a platform API key in the console and export it as `CASAFARI_API_KEY`; each call takes the parameters its operation documents in the [REST reference](/docs/rest).

```bash
# 1. Location Lookup, 0 tokens a call
curl -X GET https://platform.casafari.com/v1/locations/search \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $CASAFARI_API_KEY"
# 2. AgencyGraph, 50 tokens a call
curl -X GET https://platform.casafari.com/v1/agencygraph/{country}/market-share \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $CASAFARI_API_KEY"
# 3. AgencyGraph, 50 tokens a call
curl -X GET https://platform.casafari.com/v1/agencygraph/{country}/agencies/{agency_id}/territory \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $CASAFARI_API_KEY"
# 4. AgencyGraph, 75 tokens a call
curl -X GET https://platform.casafari.com/v1/agencygraph/{country}/benchmark \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $CASAFARI_API_KEY"
```
