## What do you get?

A deduplicated list of homes with a rental licence, terrace and parking, ordered by price per square metre, each with `first_seen`, `listings_count` and coordinates. The available feature values are balcony, elevator, garage, garden, parking, storage, swimming_pool, terrace, rental_license, furniture, no_elevator, rented_out, life_annuity, business_transfer and smoke_outlet.

## What are the limits?

This documentation does not say how the rental_license feature is established, so verify the licence with the relevant authority before buying.
