## MCP server

`https://platform.casafari.com/mcp/parcel-zoning`: Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 sign-in in the browser with a Casafari API and MCP Platform account, or a platform API key. Its tools are named `parcel-zoning_<tool>`, and it also has `account_status`. [How to connect](/docs/connect).

## How the service describes itself

The backend service's own `initialize` instructions, from its source:

> Parcel Zoning: zoning and buildable area of land parcels in Spain (Bizkaia and Catalonia) and Germany (Hamburg and North Rhine-Westphalia), for now. parcel-zoning_lookup takes a cadastral reference (a Catastro reference such as 9872023DF2897S, Bizkaia's 48.085.1022.07019 with optional dots, or a German Flurstückskennzeichen with its underscores such as 020101___01396______) or a point (lat and lon); the country follows the reference or the point. parcel-zoning_coverage says which regions are covered. In Spain, when rules is null, candidate_rules are possibilities, never the answer: say "if the parcel is in Area 7 ...". In Germany the figures come from the parcel's Bebauungsplan (GRZ as max_occupation, GFZ as density_m2_per_m2, storeys); fits_surroundings means no plan applies (§34 BauGB: the building must fit its surroundings, no figure), pre_baunvo_plan an older plan whose figures are not in the data, a storeys_note asks the reader to check the plan's legend, plan_not_digitised names an adopted plan whose figures exist only in its PDF (give the link, no figures), and zone_from_fnp a zone kind taken from the land-use plan (Flächennutzungsplan), never figures. A figure the sources do not give is null, never 0. Show the attribution in sources[] with every figure you use. account_status is free and shows remaining tokens and a payment link when tokens run out.
