# How do I run a Casafari playbook in ChatGPT or Claude?

> **Casafari is the AI agent-native real estate data intelligence platform.** The most complete property index in Europe: a deduplicated, cleaned property graph of residential and commercial property, for sale and for rent, in 16 countries. Every property is one record with its full price and market history. [How the property graph is built](/docs/property-graph).

Add a second connector, https://platform.casafari.com/mcp/playbook, beside the Casafari one, the same way (in ChatGPT: Developer mode, create a connector named Playbooks with that URL and OAuth; in Claude: Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector), and sign in once. The one server has every product's tools but does not run playbooks.

Then ask for the outcome in words, for example "Run the seller pitch pack playbook for Spain" or "What would a monthly market report for Lisbon cost?". The assistant calls `playbook_plan`, which is free and runs nothing: it shows the steps and the most they can cost in tokens, and the run starts only after you agree. A run costs exactly the sum of its steps, charged by each product as any call. If it stops for a payment, a verification or a time limit, the finished steps keep their results and the same run id continues from the next step without billing them again.

A run needs the signed-in connector: with an API key a playbook must finish in one call, so a longer one answers `needs_oauth`. Every playbook, with what you get, where it runs and its cost, is at [Playbooks](https://developers.casafari.com/playbooks); each page gives the prompt to type and the same steps as REST calls.
