# Is there a free trial for Casafari MCP or the API, and what does it include?

> **Casafari is the AI agent-native real estate data intelligence platform.** The most complete property index in Europe: a deduplicated, cleaned property graph of residential and commercial property, for sale and for rent, in 16 countries. Every property is one record with its full price and market history. [How the property graph is built](/docs/property-graph).

Yes: the Free plan on the Casafari self-serve platform is a trial of 1,000 units for 30 days, and it needs no card.

Every operation costs a fixed number of [units](https://developers.casafari.com/docs/faq/what-are-units), the same over MCP and REST. Free includes every self-serve product; AgentGraph AI needs business verification. A Free account has 1 member, 2 API keys and 2 OAuth clients, and request guards of 2 requests in flight, 10 requests a minute and 10 places a day.

After the 30 days, [place lookups](https://developers.casafari.com/docs/faq/location-lookup-free) and account status stay usable, and paid calls answer with a payment link. Some operations cost more than the trial holds: an AgentGraph AI partner brief is 2,500 units. Free users may buy [credits](https://developers.casafari.com/docs/faq/what-are-credits) without subscribing, at €0.04 a unit from €20, excluding VAT. Or compare the [plans](https://developers.casafari.com/docs/faq/plans).

To start, [sign up](https://developers.casafari.com/docs/faq/how-to-sign-up) at [platform.casafari.com](https://platform.casafari.com). For existing Casafari MCP server and Casafari REST API contracts, Casafari publishes no trial figures.
