# My assistant says 'Request limit reached for this product.' Is that the same as running out of units?

> **Casafari is the AI agent-native real estate data intelligence platform.** The most complete property index in Europe: a deduplicated, cleaned property graph of residential and commercial property, for sale and for rent, in 16 countries. Every property is one record with its full price and market history. [How the property graph is built](/docs/property-graph).

No: `Request limit reached for this product.` means your account's quota for that product is used up; units belong only to the self-serve platform.

On the Casafari MCP server, when a product's quota is used up, its tools answer with that message. Stop calling that product; retrying will not help. The error table in [Authentication](https://developers.casafari.com/docs/authentication) lists it. Casafari publishes no quota figures for the Casafari MCP server or the Casafari REST API, so ask Casafari (https://www.casafari.com/) about the quota in your contract. See also [rate limits and quotas](https://developers.casafari.com/docs/faq/rate-limits-and-quotas).

Units, credits and `402 payment_required` errors are how the self-serve platform at platform.casafari.com bills new users. They do not apply to your subscription or contract ([how the self-serve platform handles it](https://developers.casafari.com/docs/faq/agent-ran-out-of-units)).
