# Explain any point with Location Intelligence

## Analyzing a custom point
When you need location data for an arbitrary location, use `POST /v1/claro/location` with specific coordinates. This is a live call and counts against your daily location-data allowance.

You get figures like footfall and demographics with their source and vintage. If data is unknown, the API returns `null` rather than 0.
