# Claro AI in Claude: example reports

These reports were written by Claude in claude.ai with the Claro AI connector on 16 October 2026, each from one brief in plain words. The figures are Claro AI's: prices are asking prices, and footfall is an index for comparing places, not a head count. The reports were edited for publication only to remove portal names and, where it applied, a client's name. **Brief.** Restaurant premises for rent of 80 to 250 m² in Madrid and Barcelona for a smash burger fast-casual concept, with a working smoke outlet and a young evening and weekend crowd.

**What it shows.** Seven candidate premises screened from 483 matches in 45 municipalities: one primary recommendation, three sites to advance to due diligence, two alternatives and one to watch, judged on residents per competing gym.
