## What does Italian OMI zone quotation do?

Italy only: for a point (lat, lng) and a type (flat or house, default flat), the OMI residential quotation ranges of the zone it lies in: minimum and maximum euros per square metre for sale and for rent, per property type and condition, for the latest half-year. ## Which parameters does cadastre_zone_quotation take?

- `lat` (number, required) -90–90.
- `lng` (number, required) -180–180.
- `type` (string, optional): flat = abitazioni civili and economico; house = ville e villini. Values: `flat`, `house`. default "flat".
- `country` (string, optional): Italy only (Agenzia delle Entrate OMI). Values: `IT`. default "IT".
