# `cadastre_get_property`

## What does Get Property do?

Registry record of a unit (use, built and living m2, year, floor, door) with its parcel (plot m2, unit
summary) and point. A 14-char reference answers at parcel level and says so.

## Which parameters does cadastre_get_property take?

- `ref` (string, required): 20-char unit or 14-char parcel reference.
- `include` ("geometry"[], optional, nullable): Add "geometry" for the parcel polygon.
