Call as `agencygraph_area_benchmark` on the AgencyGraph MCP server, `https://platform.casafari.com/mcp/agencygraph` ([how to connect](/docs/agencygraph/mcp)).

Over REST: [`GET /v1/agencygraph/{country}/benchmark`](/docs/rest/agencygraph#agencies-of-a-town-with-the-five-measures) (equivalent).

## What does Agencies of a town, with the five measures do?

The agencies active in one town (location_id), each with the five measures (portfolio value, growth of new and delisted homes, price cuts and increases, overpricing at the start, time on the market) and its ranks, sorted by the measure you choose (sort). Pages of up to 25, at most the first 100 agencies of the town in that order; every agency of a town is the city dataset, on REST.
